Spring Festival 2025

Vendor Fee $35.

Setup from 7:00am - 9:00am

Doors open from 10am- 4pm

Spots assigned on a first come first served basis upon completed application and submitted fee.

Exhibitors must provide their own tables

Walden Harvest Fest Committee is not responsible or liable for any damage of any kind to exhibitors, their displays, or any injury caused during the event. Including setup and removal.

Vendors are responsible for the removal of all their garbage

Booths may not be taken down until 4pm unless told beforehand

We would like for every vendor to donate one item for the raffle table.
